Good Friday Triptych For Redeemer Lutheran Church

This triptych depicting the sin of Adam and Eve, and their expulsion from the Garden of Eden, was commissioned by Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The first panel depicts Adam and Eve eating the forbidden fruit from the Tree of Knowledge. The second shows us the result of their sin, as told in Romans 5:12: "Through one man, sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned." The third panel depicts their expulsion from the Garden of Eden.

Oil on canvas on panel. Each panel measures 28.5 x 25.75 inches.
